freelancingmy story |
from April 2009 I decided to work on a freelance basis to enable me explore other development opportunities in different environments as well as learn new technologies and skills.
My employer at the time (Advent Processing Solutions) did not want to lose my skills, so they extended an offer to me, which allowed me to collaborate and work with them on a sub-contract basis.
This was the perfect solution (consider that I look like this after 10 years of coding) and I still provide some development services to the now re-branded Envisage Cloud company and a new start-up sister company OSSM Cloud Solutions.
After five years, I am now ready for my next challenge and am looking to expand my network to take on new projects for new companies.
I can confidently claim that I am an extremely well organised, high performance worker. I also have a very strong learning capability that served me well over the years allowing me to climb very steep learning curves, further improving my productivity. I am seriously committed and responsible on every single task I work on.
On the other hand I do not fit well with restrictive recurring schemes such as having to write code between 9 to 5 or having to wear a tie whose reflection on the screen will bother me a lot ;p)
I offer high quality services at a reasonable price. I will have no problem in gaining trust and will put in the required effort to ensure deadlines are met.
As a guarantee I can bring my 11 years of experience as a developer (and all references you require), plus another 14 years of hard work in the field of entertainment and catering - a long journey I started when I was 15.
